Sr. Project Engineer/ Asst. Project Manager - MEP

Review MEP drawings thoroughly and identify or resolve discrepancies in coordination with the GM-MEP and PMC.

Prepare accurate quantity estimates for sanitary items, pipes, fittings, and related accessories based on tender drawings.

Ensure MEP activities follow the Master Project Schedule (MPS) by effectively coordinating vendors, contractors, and material procurement.

Coordinate with the Head of Projects (HOP) to ensure smooth site operations and timely installation of plumbing services.

Inspect delivered materials and equipment with suppliers to verify compliance with approved Work Orders/Purchase Orders and specifications.

Supervise plumbing and sanitary installations regularly to maintain required quality standards and ensure proper workmanship.

Coordinate effectively with vendors and contractors to resolve site-level installation and technical issues.

Conduct testing and commissioning of plumbing installations according to approved quality checklists and procedures.

Ensure MEP works are completed within the required time, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Perform other MEP and project-related responsibilities assigned by management.
