Supervisor

✔ Age: At most 30 years

✔ Gender: Male

✔ 1–3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, food service, or a similar supervisory role.

✔ Candidates with a restaurant industry background will be given preference.

✔ Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems will be considered an advantage.

✔ Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and coordinate restaurant staff effectively.

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, employees, and management.

✔ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in fast-paced restaurant operations.

✔ Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak and rush hours while maintaining service quality.

✔ Good understanding of guest handling and service recovery, with the ability to address complaints professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.

✔ Honest, responsible, disciplined, and well-organized, with strong attention to operational details.

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain service standards, and support smooth restaurant and branch operations.

Job Responsibilities

✔ Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow and efficient branch activities.

✔ Monitor overall restaurant floor operations and ensure customers receive prompt, professional, and friendly service.

✔ Supervise floor staff, waiters, and part-time employees during assigned shifts and ensure proper task allocation.

✔ Prepare and manage staff deployment during shifts to maintain adequate manpower and smooth restaurant operations.

✔ Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance and provide necessary guidance when required.

✔ Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.

✔ Coordinate closely with the Kitchen and Cashier Teams to ensure order accuracy, timely food/service delivery, and smooth customer flow.

✔ Ensure proper implementation of restaurant SOPs, cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and operational standards.

✔ Monitor the overall cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant floor, service areas, and other customer-facing spaces.

✔ Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, staff records, and shift-related information as required.

✔ Support Branch Management in managing daily operations, staff coordination, customer service, and administrative activities.

✔ Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely solutions and uninterrupted restaurant service.

✔ Ensure all assigned responsibilities are carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

✔ Perform any other restaurant operations, staff supervision, customer service, or branch management duties assigned by management.
