Age: At least 30 years.
Proven experience with modern hardware systems, RAID, SAN, and networking principles.
Previous roles as Systems Administrator, Systems Engineer, or Windows/Linux Administrator.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux environments.
Experience configuring system monitoring and management tools.
Proficiency in virtualization technologies and scripting.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and network security skills; familiar with network sniffers.
Experience monitoring server health, performance, and security.
Practical experience with Microsoft SCCM, SCVMM, and CISCO or equivalent certifications.
Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in similar roles.
Data Center & DR/Mirror Site Maintenance:
Maintain DRC and Mirror site operations.
Perform hardware/software maintenance, replacements, and configuration for new DC and Mirror site.
Conduct health checks on Storage and Blade systems; respond to alerts and events.
Ensure security patches and antivirus updates via Microsoft SCCM.
Manage virtual machines using SCVMM.
Monitor network equipment: routers, firewalls, IPS, WAF, switches, SIEM; review event logs regularly.
Ensure proper functioning of Power Supply Units, UPS, and Precision AC systems.
Monitor NOC operations, server/application availability, and server resource utilization (CPU, memory, disk I/O, network).
Validate clusters, check backups, SAN/LUN availability, and storage disk utilization.
Handle critical events, tickets, and generated alerts.
Ensure CCTV functionality and enforce international standard security policies for users.
Information Technology Management:
Perform periodic configuration backups.
Ensure reachability of all network devices and monitor IPS logs and active alarms.
Monitor fire control panel alarms and intelligent static switch availability.
Capacity Development:
Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives for stakeholders.
