TECHNICAL LEAD

Role Context

We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Technical Leads to strengthen our software engineering team. The role is suited for professionals with 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end software development, system architecture, team leadership, and modern web technologies.

The selected professionals will lead software engineering teams, design and oversee scalable front-end and back-end architectures, maintain coding and development standards, and ensure the successful execution of complex software projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams across front-end and back-end development.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications.

• Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure compliance with architectural best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and UI/UX Designers to convert business requirements into effective technical architectures.

• Guide teams in system design, data modeling, API architecture, and database schema development.

• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance challenges, and architectural risks in enterprise applications.

• Mentor and support software engineers while promoting continuous learning and professional development.

• Oversee technical release planning, system integration, and CI/CD workflows across multiple environments.

• Ensure successful delivery of complex software projects while maintaining quality, security, scalability, and performance standards.
