Experience

• 5 Year

• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.

• Identify and engage potential microenterprises (MEs), encourage the adoption of cleaner, climate-resilient technologies.

• Provide technical guidance to MEs within designated clusters.

• Select demonstration sites, facilitate setup, and monitor their progress.

• Develop training materials, information leaflets, and success stories.

• Conduct training sessions on sustainable aquaculture practices, including GAqP, GLP, GMP, and climate change resilience.

• Organize and support outreach events—field days, exposure visits, workshops, fairs, and Environment Club activities.

• Explore opportunities for circular economy practices, value-added products, and new markets.

• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor and document ME adoption of resource-efficient practices.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with government agencies (DoF, BFRI, DoE), academic institutions, value chain actors, and private sector stakeholders.

• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager or organizational leadership.
