Technologist/Senior Technologist - Textile Lab (Chattogram)

✔ Freshers are encouraged to apply.

✔ Age: At least 24 years

✔ Conduct testing activities and maintain quality control (QC) parameters in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines.

✔ Ensure all testing activities are completed within the expected turnaround time (TAT) set by the company.

✔ Verify testing methods and promptly report any deviations or inconsistencies to the immediate supervisor.

✔ Supervise laboratory testing activities and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by lab personnel.

✔ Monitor equipment performance and maintain accurate calibration records and consumable stock inventory.

✔ Monitor and evaluate staff performance, identify training needs, and provide necessary guidance and training to improve team efficiency.
