Telesales Executive Officer

✔ Experience in software sales, customer communication, telesales, or business development will be an advantage.

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔ Confidence in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.

✔ Good computer literacy, software sales knowledge, and internet skills.

✔ Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, and online meeting platforms for client communication.

✔ Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

✔ Positive attitude, professional conduct, and willingness to learn.

✔ Target-oriented mindset with a passion for business development and software sales.

✔ Candidates with previous experience at Genex Infosys will be given preference.

✔ Communicate professionally with business owners and potential clients through call centre operations.

✔ Follow up with leads via WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, and other online communication channels.

✔ Schedule, coordinate, and conduct online business meetings with prospective clients.

✔ Recommend suitable software solutions based on clients’ business needs, requirements, and challenges.

✔ Explain POS software, business automation features, available packages, and their benefits to clients.

✔ Respond to client inquiries, address objections, and provide professional consultation.

✔ Maintain accurate call logs, meeting records, lead information, and follow-up statuses.

✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving assigned meeting, sales, and KPI targets.
