Responsibilities & Context

Identify and approach potential customers to generate credit card sales.

Explain credit card features, benefits, and eligibility and assist customers with applications.

Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure quick approval and card delivery.

Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.

Support card activation and promote supplementary card usage.
-
Provide quality customer service, handle queries and complaints, and ensure fraud-free customer onboarding.

Monitor market trends, competitor products, and peer-bank strategies and share insights with management.

Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports for the line manager.
