Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's software products, SaaS solutions, and IT services. ✔ Identify, approach, and convert potential clients, businesses, and organizations into long-term customers. ✔ Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital channels, and field visits. ✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends. ✔ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. ✔ Present, demonstrate, and explain software products and technology solutions professionally to prospective clients. ✔ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and marketing pitches. ✔ Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to achieve or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. ✔ Manage digital marketing activities, including social media promotions, email marketing, online campaigns, and lead generation initiatives. ✔ Coordinate closely with the Technical, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure client requirements are properly understood and delivered. ✔ Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, follow-up activities, and CRM data. ✔ Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports on sales performance, marketing activities, customer feedback, and business opportunities for management. ✔ Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and networking events to promote products and strengthen brand presence. ✔ Stay updated with the latest software technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry developments to effectively position the company's solutions. ✔ Perform any other sales, marketing, business development, or customer relationship management responsibilities assigned by the Management.

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing team and help expand our digital presence. Key Responsibilities Develop, publish, and manage engaging content across social media platforms, the company website, and blogs. Design eye-catching marketing materials, banners, and promotional graphics using Canva or similar design tools. Create, edit, and produce short promotional videos and reels using CapCut or other video editing software. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Ensure consistent brand identity and maintain a strong online presence across all digital platforms. Assist in implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic. Support email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
