We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and experienced Diploma Engineer (Civil) to supervise construction activities, monitor project progress, and ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of projects in accordance with approved drawings and company standards. Key Responsibilities ✔ Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. ✔ Monitor site progress and report daily construction updates to the Project Engineer or Project Manager. ✔ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution. ✔ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality, workmanship, and compliance with safety regulations. ✔ Verify construction materials, quantities, and workmanship before execution. ✔ Assist in preparing work schedules and monitor progress against project timelines. ✔ Identify construction issues and coordinate with the senior engineering team to resolve them promptly. ✔ Ensure proper utilization of labor, materials, and equipment at the project site. ✔ Maintain site records, measurement books, work progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation. ✔ Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, building codes, and workplace safety regulations. ✔ Coordinate with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders as required. ✔ Perform any other engineering or site management responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Key Responsibilities ✔ Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. ✔ Collaborate with Project Managers to prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. ✔ Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards. ✔ Identify project risks, evaluate potential impacts, and implement effective mitigation strategies. ✔ Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. ✔ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications. ✔ Implement quality control procedures and ensure construction activities meet company and industry standards. ✔ Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and completed work to ensure quality and durability. ✔ Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, BOQs, change orders, site instructions, and progress reports. ✔ Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management. ✔ Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities. ✔ Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and enforce safety regulations at project sites. ✔ Perform any other engineering or project management responsibilities assigned by the Management.
