Job SummaryWe are looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Technical Support Engineers – IPTSP (IP Telephony Service Provider). The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of networking, VoIP, and telecommunications systems, along with excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills. Key Responsibilities ✔ Provide technical support for IPTSP services and troubleshoot network, VoIP, and IP telephony-related issues.✔ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP Telephony systems.✔ Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.✔ Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted services.✔ Work closely with the technical team to maintain smooth and reliable IPTSP operations.✔ Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional technical assistance.✔ Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions.✔ Support system maintenance and ensure network and telecommunication equipment operates efficiently.
