Assistant Manager - HR & Admin

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive – HR & Administration to manage human resources, administrative operations, employee relations, and facility management while ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and employee relations programs to support organizational goals.
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR functions.
Handle employee discipline, grievances, motivation, welfare, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor employee attendance, duty rosters, leave records, and workforce planning.
Oversee daily hospital maintenance activities and coordinate timely corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Supervise and compile operational and statistical reports for Consultancy, Operations, Investigations, Pharmacy, Optics, and other departments, and submit reports to management as required.
Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure efficient office management.
Monitor hospital security, safety, housekeeping, and facility management to maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized working environment.
Coordinate effectively with the Head Office, central management, and other branch offices to ensure smooth communication and operational consistency.
Maintain accurate HR and administrative records, documentation, and reports.
Support organizational events, meetings, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
Perform any other HR, administrative, or operational responsibilities assigned by management.
