Job Context The selected candidate will work collaboratively with a team to develop software solutions for insurance business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience building high-quality applications that meet business requirements. Experience with Insurance Management, ERP, HRM, or Payroll software will be highly preferred. Job Location: Central Office, Dhaka Key Responsibilities Design and develop software solutions from initial requirements through implementation and production deployment. Establish and maintain software architecture, design, implementation, configuration management, and coding standards. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and functional analysts to define functional and technical requirements. Estimate project scope, evaluate available approaches, and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Review periodic software releases and identify new features that could improve business operations. Monitor emerging technology trends and assess their potential value for the organization. Prepare clear documentation covering software design, functionality, and deployment procedures. Develop and maintain automated test coverage based on platform capabilities and project requirements. Establish and maintain continuous build and integration testing processes where applicable, while supporting manual system and integration testing.
