Role Summary The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving iFarmer Bangladesh’s agricultural machinery business within the assigned territory. Based at the Machinery Sales & Service Centre (MSC), Rangpur, the role will oversee the complete sales cycle, spare parts business, and after-sales service to ensure a strong customer experience. This is a field-focused, target-driven role requiring regular territory visits, product demonstrations, customer engagement, sales conversion, after-sales follow-up, and market development. Key Responsibilities A. Machinery Sales Achieve monthly sales targets across various agricultural machinery categories. Identify, engage, and convert potential customers through proactive field visits. Conduct machinery demonstrations at farms and suitable customer locations. Present product quality, after-sales support, and financing options to customers. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales progress reports. B. Spare Parts Sales Drive spare parts sales among machinery service providers and mechanics. Monitor spare parts inventory and communicate replenishment requirements. Promote genuine iFarmer-verified spare parts and educate customers on their benefits. Analyze seasonal and machine-wise demand to support procurement planning. C. After-Sales Service & Technical Support Conduct timely post-sales follow-ups with customers after machinery purchases. Coordinate with mechanics to ensure prompt resolution of machine-related issues. Ensure repairs are carried out using genuine spare parts from MSC inventory. Maintain accurate service records, including machine history, issues, repairs, and parts replaced. D. MSC Operations & Reporting Ensure the Machinery Sales & Service Centre remains organized, presentable, and fully operational. Maintain accurate records of sales, spare parts movement, credit-sales facilitation, and service activities. Prepare and submit regular territory sales, service, and activity reports.

কোয়ালিটি অফিসার ক্রয়কৃত ধান, ভুট্টা এবং অন্যান্য কৃষি পণ্যের গুণমান নিশ্চিতকরণে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা পালন করবেন। এই পদে দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি মাঠ পর্যায়ে পণ্যের গুণমান পরিদর্শন, নমুনা সংগ্রহ ও পরীক্ষা, সরবরাহকারী ও মাঠকর্মীদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় এবং কোম্পানির নির্ধারিত Quality Assurance ও Quality Control Protocol বাস্তবায়নে কাজ করবেন। পণ্যের নির্ধারিত মান বজায় রাখা, সরবরাহকারীর মানদণ্ড অনুযায়ী ক্রয় নিশ্চিত করা এবং ক্রয় কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনায় Quality Officer দায়িত্ব পালন করবেন। প্রধান দায়িত্ব ও কাজ (Key Responsibilities) ✔ Purchase Point Quality Inspection: নির্ধারিত Purchase Point বা ক্রয় কেন্দ্রে কৃষকদের কাছ থেকে সংগৃহীত ধানের গুণমান পরীক্ষা করা। এর মধ্যে Moisture, মিশ্রণ, রঙ, পরিপক্কতা এবং অন্যান্য নির্ধারিত Quality Parameters যাচাই করে উপযুক্ত ক্যাটাগরিতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা। ✔ Quality App ব্যবহার: iFarmer-এর নিজস্ব Quality App ব্যবহার করে ক্রয়কৃত ধানের Quality Information, Test Results এবং Grading Data রিয়েল-টাইমে সঠিকভাবে ইনপুট ও আপডেট করা। ✔ Supplier Connect পরিচালনা: Supplier Connect App বা iCore Platform ব্যবহার করে কৃষক, ফড়িয়া এবং স্থানীয় সরবরাহকারীদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা, Purchase Schedule বজায় রাখা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ডেটা সঠিকভাবে Sync করা। ✔ Sampling & Quality Testing: প্রতিটি Lot থেকে সঠিক নিয়মে ধানের Sample সংগ্রহ করা এবং Moisture Meter ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় Quality Testing Equipment ব্যবহার করে পণ্যের মান নিরূপণ করা। ✔ Rejection & Grading Management: নির্ধারিত Quality Standard-এর নিচে থাকা বা মানহীন ধান শনাক্ত করা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Reject করা। পণ্যের Quality Grade অনুযায়ী সঠিক Pricing নির্ধারণে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান করা। ✔ Quality Reporting & Coordination: প্রতিদিনের Quality Report এবং ক্রয়কৃত কৃষি পণ্যের হিসাব Supervisor ও Procurement Team-এর কাছে App এবং অন্যান্য নির্ধারিত Reporting Channels-এর মাধ্যমে সময়মতো জমা দেওয়া।

Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and field-oriented Purchase Officer to manage agricultural product procurement, quality inspection, supplier coordination, and collection activities. The role will involve maintaining transparent and efficient purchasing operations while coordinating with farmers, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Supplier Connect App Management Manage the iFarmer Supplier Connect App and regularly update procurement and order information for paddy, maize, and other agricultural products. Monitor and maintain records of registered farmers and suppliers through the app. Point Purchasing & Sourcing Procure quality paddy and other agricultural products from designated collection points. Inspect product quality, weight, and moisture levels and complete purchases at appropriate market prices. Farmer & Supplier Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with local farmers, intermediaries, and suppliers and encourage new farmers to use the app. Ensure timely payments to farmers and maintain transparency throughout the purchasing process. Purchase Tracking & Documentation Submit daily purchase data, invoices, and payment requests accurately and on time through the app. Reconcile physical stock with system records and ensure data accuracy. Market Monitoring & Field Reconnaissance Monitor prevailing paddy and agricultural commodity prices in local markets and prepare regular market reports. Conduct field visits to assess market conditions, sourcing opportunities, and product availability.
