✔ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote company products, services, and business solutions ✔ Generate new corporate sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, market visits, and other business development activities ✔ Promote and sell Bulk SMS, software solutions, website development services, and other IT products and services ✔ Identify potential corporate clients and understand their business requirements to recommend suitable IT and digital solutions ✔ Handle computer hardware sales, including identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and closing sales ✔ Promote and sell ISP, networking products, and IT infrastructure solutions to corporate and business customers ✔ Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and potential customers ✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, and sales documents based on customer requirements ✔ Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into successful sales ✔ Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets ✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer demand, and emerging opportunities in the IT, software, networking, ISP, and digital services sectors ✔ Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure proper delivery, installation, and after-sales support when required ✔ Maintain accurate records of leads, customer information, sales activities, quotations, follow-ups, and business opportunities ✔ Prepare regular sales and marketing reports and provide market feedback to management ✔ Promote company policies, services, and solutions professionally while maintaining a strong and positive brand image ✔ Perform other corporate sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management duties assigned by management

✔ Provide computer hardware servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure reliable IT operations ✔ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service, clear communication, timely response, and effective problem resolution ✔ Manage and coordinate day-to-day IT-related activities, including computer hardware, software, data, wireless communication, network connectivity, and basic IT security ✔ Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues efficiently ✔ Perform hardware troubleshooting, including component testing, repair, replacement, installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance ✔ Identify technical problems and implement practical and timely solutions within defined deadlines ✔ Research, evaluate, and recommend suitable computer hardware, networking equipment, software, and IT solutions based on organizational requirements ✔ Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and connectivity ✔ Monitor network performance and identify potential issues that may affect system availability, speed, security, or reliability ✔ Maintain and improve local network infrastructure to optimize performance and support business operations ✔ Implement appropriate measures to maintain the security and privacy of computer systems, networks, and organizational data ✔ Perform regular system checks, maintenance, upgrades, and preventive troubleshooting to minimize downtime ✔ Respond to technical support requests and provide effective IT helpdesk and end-user support when required ✔ Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, repairs, replacements, and system changes for future reference ✔ Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, repairs, network services, and technical support ✔ Perform other IT support, hardware servicing, networking, troubleshooting, and technical responsibilities assigned by management
