Market Development Expand the company’s market presence by appointing dealers and sub-dealers across tile markets within the assigned territory, covering as many Thanas as possible to achieve sales targets. Ensure that sub-dealers distribute and sell company products through authorized dealers. Regularly monitor dealer sales performance and conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities. Visit potential customers based on dealer requirements and company directives. Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies such as EED, HED, PWD, LGED, and other relevant organizations. Visit existing and newly established developer companies, architectural firms, and ongoing commercial and private construction projects within the assigned territory. Promotional Activities Prepare and submit promotional proposals and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within the assigned territory. Ensure effective merchandising and product visibility at dealer and sub-dealer POS locations, and propose signboards for newly established outlets. Coordinate local promotional activities, including flyer distribution through local newspapers, and ensure adequate availability of catalogs, brochures, price lists, and other promotional materials. Support dealers in increasing sales through direct marketing, customer engagement, and identification of new business opportunities. Organize product training programs for dealers, customers, and relevant stakeholders within the territory. Execute and implement company-approved promotional offers, strategies, and business initiatives. Monitor the proper utilization and maintenance of company-provided signboards, POS materials, and other promotional assets. Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
