Job Context Mir Ceramic Ltd. is seeking an experienced, proactive, and professional Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – HR & Admin to support core human resource operations, ERP-based payroll management, recruitment, and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Support line managers throughout the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, initial CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate profile preparation. Coordinate employee onboarding, system access setup, biometric registration, and job-specific orientation. Process monthly salaries, allowances, and overtime payments through the ERP system. Maintain accurate attendance records, manage leave administration, and update employee information in the HRIS. Coordinate probation assessments with line managers and process employee confirmations. Prepare and administer employment contracts, transfer letters, promotion notices, and employment certificates in line with company policies. Manage employee ID cards, corporate mobile or telecom allocations, and official stationery procurement. Maintain organized physical employee files and ensure corresponding digital records remain updated. Assist with employee grievance handling, workplace relationship management, and employee engagement activities under management guidance. Oversee employee separation procedures, including final settlements, departmental clearance, and service documentation. Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with applicable Bangladesh Labour Law and relevant regulatory requirements.
