✔ Manage overall client communication, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions ✔ Conduct design workshops with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and project objectives ✔ Prepare and present SRS, BRS, PowerPoint presentations, and user journey documentation to help clients review and finalize business requirements ✔ Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document requirements related to people, processes, capacity building, and technology systems ✔ Analyze, document, and validate program development logic, business processes, process flows, system specifications, and functional requirements ✔ Work closely with business users to plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet approved requirements ✔ Prepare clear and user-friendly user manuals and operational documentation, including application installation and operating procedures ✔ Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to evaluate technical feasibility and ensure proposed solutions satisfy business and user requirements ✔ Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business processes and support cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and requirement clarification ✔ Work as part of a project team to deliver incremental business value to users following Agile methodology and project delivery practices ✔ Identify conflicting or unclear business requirements, definition gaps, project dependencies, and potential delivery risks ✔ Escalate requirement conflicts, dependencies, and critical issues to the Project Manager and support the development of appropriate resolution plans ✔ Support the project team in prioritizing business and design requirements based on organizational impact, business value, and project objectives ✔ Maintain accurate, structured, and version-controlled project documentation throughout the complete project lifecycle ✔ Ensure approved requirements, decisions, changes, and project knowledge are properly documented and readily accessible to key stakeholders ✔ Facilitate effective knowledge sharing and ensure relevant project information is communicated to business, technical, and project teams
