✔ Develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level web applications and software solutions using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.✔ Collaborate with Technical Leads and Senior Developers to understand application requirements and determine effective technical solutions.✔ Design, develop, test, and implement software according to approved specifications while following established coding standards and best practices.✔ Analyze business and technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of assigned development tasks and project deliverables.✔ Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to maintain code quality and improve development practices.✔ Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical assistance to software testers and support teams when required.✔ Respond promptly to bug reports and perform code review, refactoring, debugging, and maintenance of existing or legacy codebases.✔ Contribute to the development and improvement of organization-wide software development standards, best practices, and technical policies.✔ Collaborate effectively with team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and technical knowledge transfer.✔ Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with project requirements.✔ Perform any other software development-related tasks and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

✔ Conduct regular field and market visits to identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and prospective software customers.✔ Visit prospective clients to present and demonstrate software products, highlighting key features, functionalities, and business benefits.✔ Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions based on their needs.✔ Generate qualified leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and direct client interactions.✔ Deliver professional software presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.✔ Follow up consistently with leads and prospects and convert qualified opportunities into successful sales.✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new customer networks.✔ Clearly explain software features, services, pricing, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.✔ Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.✔ Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ products, pricing, features, strengths, and weaknesses to identify market opportunities.✔ Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions aligned with their business needs.✔ Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the Technical/Support Team to resolve product- or service-related issues when necessary.✔ Maintain accurate records of leads, client visits, meetings, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales activities.✔ Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Teams to achieve overall company objectives and business growth.
