Christian Commission for Development in Bangladesh (CCDB) was established in 1973 as a national-level voluntary organization.
It was formed to continue and expand the relief and rehabilitation work that began in 1972 by the Bangladesh Ecumenical Relief and Rehabilitation Services (BERRS), focusing on supporting people affected during the 1971 Liberation War.
