Kidney Awareness Monitoring & Prevention Society (KAMPS) is a rapidly growing non-governmental organization focused on kidney care in Bangladesh. Founded in 2005 in Hatibandha village, Shakhipur Thana, Tangail, KAMPS was initiated by Professor M. A. Samad with a vision for social welfare and philanthropy. He established a center called ‘Talim Ghar’ at his family home, from which various community welfare activities began on a small scale. Since its inception, KAMPS has been providing primary healthcare services to underprivileged and vulnerable populations in the community.
