Since its inception in 2019 Talent Pro has been steadily solidifying their position in the rapidly growing IT Outsourcing industry of Bangladesh. Having the ability of operating in Singapore as well, we have the opportunity to connect the IT resources of the two countries by creating the pathway through IT manpower resourcing. The booming Global IT Industry is seeing emergence of Tech companies at a rapid pace where the need for IT professionals are increasing at a reflective speed as well. While on the other hand Bangladesh has a vast pool of talented Programmers, Developers and Designers who are not able to work in their dream roles or organizations only because of their geological location.
