Founded in 2003, the World University of Bangladesh is a non-profit private higher education institution located in the urban setting of the large metropolis of Dhaka (population range of over 5,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, World University of Bangladesh (WUB) is a medium-sized (uniRank enrollment range: 6,000-6,999 students) coeducational Bangladeshi higher education institution. World University of Bangladesh (WUB) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor's degrees and master's degrees in several areas of study. This 21-year-old Bangladeshi higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations and students' past academic records and grades. International students are welcome to apply for enrollment.
