Identify, recruit, and develop new dealers and franchise partners to expand the company's distribution network. Formulate and implement effective strategies to strengthen and optimize the dealer network. Prepare, review, and manage dealer and franchise agreements in accordance with company policies. Evaluate dealer performance based on sales achievements, service quality, and customer satisfaction, and recommend improvement initiatives. Plan and execute dealer network expansion, restructuring, or optimization to support business growth. Oversee dealer inventory management, order processing, and ensure timely product delivery. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels across all dealerships, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns. Support dealers in enhancing after-sales service standards and customer experience. Ensure effective implementation and utilization of CRM systems and customer engagement programs within the dealer network. Monitor and evaluate dealer incentive programs, promotional campaigns, discount structures, and marketing expenditures. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, with particular expertise in the furniture industry. Contribute innovative ideas for furniture design that align with modern trends, customer preferences, and market demand. Experience in product design and innovation will be considered an added advantage.
